What time is setup?
Expo Setup is 4:15 – 5:15 pm.
Do I need to bring a table?
We will provide a 6ft table with 2 chairs for you.
Is there electric available for my table?
If needed please contact Michelle and we will do our best to accomidate. Note: There is very limited electric available.
How will I find my table?
Stop by the vendor check-in table inside the ballroom to grab your nametag, table tent, and evening agenda.
And don’t forget to drop off one of your gift cards at check-in—it’ll go into the mega prize drawing at 8:15 PM!
What do I need to bring with me?
Bring a tablecloth, flyers, handouts, fishbowl for collecting names, extra paper and pens AND 2 gift cards or prizes (minimum value $25.) One of our awesome volunteers will coordinate with you to draw for your gift card at your table.
What is everyone wearing?
We encourage you to wear what you are most comfortable in.
Do you provide parking?
Yes, there is free onsite parking at the hotel
