Bethany Bowers joined Amerititle/Chicago Title as an account executive in 2025 after stepping away from a nearly twenty year career in the property management industry, including all areas of residential property management, marketing, and maintenance. She was previously a director of operations at Link Real Estate Group in Ohio. Prior to her most recent role at Link, she worked at the second largest management company in the country as senior regional manager for Willow Bridge (fka Lincoln Property Company) in Minneapolis and Chicago. Prior to her time with Lincoln, she served as an Area Director for Village Green in primary southwest and southeast markets. She is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio of commercial, retail and multifamily assets throughout the following markets
- Columbus, Cleveland, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Atlanta, Birmingham, DC, Baltimore, Chicago, Minneapolis, Scottsdale
- Drove a high performance culture through proactive management by way of a matrix environment in order to deliver actionable plans to owners that are results-oriented
- Support real estate owners in the assessment of each property’s current position in the marketplace and in developing value enhancement strategies based upon these assessments
Knowledge, Skills and Expertise
- 19 years of experience in directly managing a diverse portfolio of mixed use and multifamily properties including but not limited to lease up, repositioned and affordable assets
- Directed portfolios exceeding 6,200 units throughout the midwest and southeast regions for institutional and private equity ownership groups
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and motivation to maximize portfolio value and streamline reporting
- Proficient in projecting real estate performance by understanding specific asset characteristics, interpreting historical operating results, and understanding local supply-demand fundamentals.
