You’ve heard of private money—but do you actually know how it works? In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn:
- How to find private lenders, and how to make yourself (and your deal) attractive to them
- What paperwork you’ll need to get a loan
- What the process looks like (hint: fast, but not instant)
- What you must put in place to protect yourself—and your lender
7:00–7:30 p.m. – Haves and Wants Meeting (members only) and Guest Orientation
Members: bring your deals, funding needs, asks for help, or things to get rid of.
Guests: don’t worry—you won’t be thrown out of the room. You’ll get a helpful orientation and Q&A just for you.
