Dawn Rickabaugh, “Note Queen,” is the owner of NQ Capital, Inc., an investment company that buys both real estate & notes. She provides buyers & sellers access to simple but little-known strategies for maximizing profits.

She mentors & coaches and provides paid consulting services for owner-financed real estate transactions. She helps others get started investing in promissory notes and trust deeds.

As a seasoned note professional, she is uniquely qualified to help sellers create a note worth holding or selling. It’s possible to create a note that can be sold for little to no discount.

After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she worked for several years in the ICU and ER at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena.

She now pursues her passion for helping people through a blend of traditional and innovative real estate and note transactions. She has four adult children and hopes to have grand babies before too long!
