That’s what this hands-on workshop is all about. In one day, working alongside “The Real Estate Goddess”, you’ll learn to:
- Get all the information you need from the seller the first time (you’ll get a seller interview form/script to help you with that, too)
- Quickly and accurately “run comps”, figure out what a property will rent for, and get a complete picture of the after-repaired value
- Guesstimate the likely repair costs (you’ll even get a repair cost ‘cheat sheet’)
- Research the neighborhood, if you’re not familiar with it
- Dig up important gotchas like code violations, tax liens, and mortgage balances
- Make a “soft offer” to the seller in under an hour
